Fruit For You offers refunds or exchanges, with the following conditions:

 

Refunds

1. We will only refund back to the credit card originally used for the purchase. The card is not stored in our system, though is stored at the payment gateway. (DO not send your credit card details via email!)
2. Postage and handling costs will not be refunded.
3. Refunds will not be processed until it is agreed that there was a problem with the item.

For both Refunds and exchanges please include a note outlining:

1. Reason for refund or exchange request.
2. Details of the original order: date, items included, etc.

The refund will generate an automatic confirmation e-mail to the address provided.

Please Note: Hampers are packed and dispatched as shown on images, however due to availability, some items may need to be replaced with similar products of equal value.
